As a small shop, we cannot split ship orders that include pre-sale items. If you would like to receive non pre-sale items first, please place two separate orders. Pre-sale orders will be shipped when all items in the order are in stock.

Once an order is received, modifications cannot be made as our warehouse processing system begins processing orders in real time.

While we are a small business and can’t have a return policy like large companies, we do our best to accommodate our customers' return requests.
You can request a return within 15 days of receipt of your order by emailing customerservice@gatherandpray.co.

Please include the following in your email:
1. Order Number
2. Reason for request
3. Items you would like to return

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, and returns will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. All items must be returned in their original packaging, in new and unused condition.

Our team will process returns once they arrive back at our warehouse. Please allow 7-15 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less any fees.

Sample Sale, Warehouse Sale, and Seconds Sale items are sold as is and are final sale. Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Orders over $100 qualify for the discount code SHIPFREE for shipping rates under $20.

Once an order is received, please allow up to 2-4 business days for it to be processed and shipped out. A shipping confirmation email, along with a tracking number, will be sent as soon as it ships. We ship from Sycamore, IL, and offer various shipping options. Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout.
Please confirm your shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot guarantee any updates on incorrect addresses once your order has been placed, as orders go to our warehouse for processing in real-time. Gather & Pray cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages due to address inaccuracies.

Order Modifications:
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any modifications, including adding free items, changing shipping addresses, or combining multiple orders for shipping.

Wrong Address:
If you put in the wrong address, you can fill out this USPS package intercept form.

If you added Route Package Protection at checkout and experienced a delivery issue, please make your claim here.

If a package does not arrive, is damaged, or is lost in transit, please notify us within 15 days of shipping so we can assist you to the best of our ability.

We are happy to offer international shipping for an additional charge, which will be reflected at checkout. All of our shipments leave from the U.S. and will go through the customs department upon arrival in your country. Please be aware that international shipments can take anywhere from 3-8 weeks to arrive. Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.
