By purchasing our products you are assuming all risks associated with play. Gather and Pray LLC is not responsible for any personal injury, allergic reactions, health ailments, death, choking or disability caused by our products. A purchase signifies an electronic acceptance of these terms and the customer is agreeing to release and forever discharge Gather and Pray LLC from any and all liability, claims, demands or causes of action whatsoever arising out of any damage, loss, personal injury, or death while playing with, or around, our products.
