Let's have a gentle (but honest) moment here...

Mass can be… a lot.

For parents, it might feel like crowd control.

For teens, it’s easy to feel disconnected—zoning out during the homily, unsure how any of it applies to real life.

For young adults, it’s the desire for something deeper and more challenging—beyond a children’s reflection, but without getting lost in something overly academic or dry.

And yet—Mass is the source and summit of our faith. It’s meant to be an encounter with Jesus in the Eucharist.

But most of us aren’t walking in ready for that.

We’re distracted, tired, overwhelmed—or unsure how to make the Mass come alive.

The truth? The more we understand the Mass, the more we can enter into it.

But no one has time to curate custom prep for each age group every Sunday. That’s where Mass Prep comes in.

Mass Prep has three tracks, all included with your one subscription.

Mass Prep

For Families

Empowers parents to spark natural, age-appropriate conversations about faith at home, giving them confidence to talk about the Gospel with their children.

  • Full Sunday readings (with audio!)

  • A short, theologically sound Gospel reflection

  • Three age-based expansions:

  • Sacred art + reflection

  • A short prayer to close

This track is great for parents or grandparents prepping with kids—or anyone helping little ones encounter the liturgy with meaning and beauty.

I'm ready!

Mass Prep

For Teens

Helps teens (ages 13-18) connect the Gospel to their daily lives with
relatable reflections, guided prayer,
and encouragement to share faith with friends and family.
  • Full Sunday readings (with audio)

  • A concise Gospel reflection that speaks to where teens are emotionally and spiritually

  • A key question or challenge to spark personal engagement or conversation

  • A prayer rooted in the week’s theme

Whether your teen is prepping on their own or with you, this track helps them approach Mass as something personal, not just parental.

This sounds perfect!

Mass Prep

For Young Adults

Challenges young adults (18+) to live and witness the Gospel with depth and conviction, offering practical ways to integrate faith into work, relationships,
and culture.

  • Full Sunday readings (with audio)

  • A reflection that bridges Scripture and lived experience—spiritual, emotional, and practical

  • A simple prompt or journal question for personal response

  • A short prayer to take with you

Recommended for those 18+, this is your go-to if you’re looking to rekindle your love for the Mass, build a habit of prayer, or just need a simple weekly rhythm to ground you in Christ.

I need this asap!

Grow together with reflections for your whole household — parents, teens, and young adults.

What if we have a family with several ages?

Perfect. That’s exactly who we made this for. We have three tracks for Mass Prep, and with one subscription you can access them all. We made it our goal to have the scripture readings, reflections, and sacred art be accessible for the whole family. In Mass Prep for Families, we've even divided the discussion questions into three age groups (3-6 years, 6-9 years, and 9-12 years) so you can tailor the prep specifically to your family. And because it’s all in one place (and super short), you can easily go through it together or break it up to meet each kid where they’re at—without doing three separate lessons.

How much time does this take each week?

Mass Prep is designed to be short, simple, and effective. Most spend about 5–10 minutes with it each week. (Though, sometimes your kids might surprise you and want to spend more time on the discussion questions.)

I’m not sure my kids would be into Mass Prep for Families. What if they don’t want to do it?

Great question! Kids respond differently when faith feels like a natural part of family life, not just another lesson or checklist. This isn’t homework—it’s meaningful family time. And even if they don’t seem into it at first, the consistency, warmth, and simplicity speak volumes. Every child craves connection with their parents (yes, even the eye-rolling ones), and this gives you a way to nurture that connection while nurturing their faith.

What if me or my child are neurodivergent or struggle with attention?

You are not alone—and this resource was made with you or your family in mind, too. Mass Prep is intentionally short, flexible, and gentle. It’s not a script or a lesson plan—it’s a simple invitation to connect with the Gospel, with no pressure to sit still or "perform." You can easily adapt it to you or your child’s needs, attention span, or sensory preferences. Want to play the audio instead of reading? Great. Prefer to look at the sacred art and just talk about one question? Beautiful.

Do I need to download anything?

Nope! It comes straight to your phone via text—nothing to install, print, or accidentally delete.

What if I need to cancel?

Monthly members can cancel anytime—no guilt, no questions asked. Annual memberships are a one-time commitment and include full-year access.

Do I need to buy multiple subscriptions for different ages?

Nope! One subscription gives you access to all three tracks—Families, Teens, and Young Adults. Everything is delivered to one phone number, so your whole household can prepare together.

Yes to all of this!

Okay, real talk, you might be thinking:

"I love this so much, but I already have a drawer/inbox FULL of good intentions: PDFs, downloads, and liturgical living ideas that felt inspiring… until life happened.”

We feel that!

We can’t tell you how many times we've had a great idea for a Gospel activity or family devotion—only for the week to fly by in a blur of errands, homeschool, meal prep, and so. much. laundry.

Life is full and beautiful and busy. And our goal with Mass Prep is simple—help you do what matters the most… more consistently.

Because that’s what this is all about: Matthew 28:19—making disciples. Helping you and your family get to Heaven.

And sometimes that doesn’t start with big plans or beautifully laminated crafts. It starts with five minutes. One text. A simple rhythm that actually happens.

This sounds exactly like what we need!

This was made for you if:

This is not a great fit for you if:

✔ You want to love the Mass—not just survive it. You want to understand what’s happening and start recognizing Jesus in the liturgy.

✔ You’ve tried things before—some Pinterest downloads, a stack of board books, maybe even writing your own reflections—but none of it stuck.

✔ You’re willing to give five focused minutes each week to prepare for the most important hour of the week.

✔ You’ve bought Catholic resources before and never used them… and you’re a little nervous this will be one more thing. (We get it. We are with you. That’s why this is designed to be so simple.)

You’re looking for a full-blown curriculum with an hour or more of weekly content; this is not it!

You’re extra crafty and have the time to print, prep, and laminate—by all means, go forth!

You’re looking for an academic study for each week’s readings. This is intentionally light, accessible, and heart-based.

You’re already doing in-depth Mass prep every week and love what’s working for your family. No need to fix what isn’t broken!

✔ You’re willing to give five focused minutes each week to prepare yourself and your family for the most important hour of the week.

✔ You’re striving for sanctity—but some days, you’re simply just making it through the homily.

If you’ve read this far and you’re still not sure….

That makes total sense. We know you don’t want another subscription collecting dust—or another thing to feel guilty about not using.

And no, this won’t make your kids sit perfectly still or whisper Gregorian chant on the way in…

This won't keep you from zoning out halfway through the homily…

This won’t fix every doubt, distraction, or late Saturday night that makes Sunday morning hard…

But if you're not preparing at all right now, what are you really taking away from the Mass?

Because as much as we’d love the liturgy to do all the heavy lifting, most of us aren’t walking into church ready to meet Jesus, let alone our children and teens.

That little bit of prep? It matters. It plants seeds. It prepares hearts to receive what’s always been waiting for them.

Let’s be honest—$9 doesn’t go far at Target. But here? It prepares hearts for eternity.

And with a no-questions-asked, cancel-anytime policy, you can try it for a month with complete peace of mind.
