Mass Prep Troubleshooting
Mass Prep texts are sent out every Saturday at 9 AM local time. If you subscribed after this time, your first text will arrive the following Saturday.
Sometimes phones automatically filter messages into a hidden folder. Here are steps to check depending on your device:
On iPhone:
1. Open your Settings app
2. Tap Messages (or on some iPhones: Settings > Apps > Messages)
3. Scroll down and look for Filter Unknown Senders
4. If it’s turned on, our texts may be going into the Unknown Senders tab in your Messages app instead of your main inbox.
On Android using Google Messages:
1. Open the Messages app
2. Tap the three dots menu (⋮) in the top right
3. Select Spam & blocked
4. See if our messages are there — if so, tap Not spam so future texts will come through normally.
On Samsung Messages:
1. Open the Messages app
2. Tap the three dots menu (⋮) in the top right
3. Select Settings
4. Tap Block numbers and spam
5. Tap Blocked messages to see if our texts are there
6. If found, you can unblock the number so future texts arrive in your main inbox
